I'm sorry that you enjoy swallowing handfuls of pills with no water, but that is not an option for me. I should at least get credit for trying (I practiced with Skittles, remember?).</p><p>Also, a great tip that I've recently learned is swallowing it with flavored water (i.e. Propel). But I haven't had a problem in a long time.</p><p>The key for me is to intake alot of water into my mouth with the pill and then swallow.
